Motors for the process industry are available in aluminum with IE2 efficiency class for motors from 0.09 kW up to below 0.75 kW, and from 0.75 kW onwards with IE3 efficiency class (sizes 56–250).
In cast iron, they are available with IE3 efficiency class in sizes 71–450 and with IE4 efficiency class in sizes 100–450.
